Appearance: a large lycen with dark brown fur, he wears no shirt and baggy black pants that are cut off at the knee, like most lycen he wears no shoes, he has a belt that goes across his chest, holding two revolves (that have grips custom made for lycen hands) on his chest, and it holds a very large cutlass across his back.

Backstory: a poor bard living in city on the boarders of endamia called Sheol. Sheol is a a city full of thieves and murders, and Clovis grew up in the worst part of Sheol. He learned to fight on the streets. Through his teenage years he got his money by mugging people either using his limited magic, or his brutal strength. but his dream was always to become a bard, and he taught him self several instruments and songs. He mastered the rap music of his people and began to learn elven music. His mother had a business of weaving baskets, but their house was burnt down by a bandit pyromancer. Clovis was fine, but his mother was killed. Clovis hunted down the pyromancer and gutted him. Unfortunately for Clovis, the bandit had a dragon friend. Clovis, heard that this dragon was after him, but he saw a chance to escape. he stowed away on a merchant skyship, the Kestrel. After witnessing the crew of the kestrel raid a ship, Clovis realized it wasn't a merchant ship. It was a pirate ship. He was discovered by the crew, and Captain Rob Kestrel gave him a choice, join the crew or be dropped off on the ground to fend for himself. Clovis joined the crew. But the dragon was still on his trail, he found the ship. And gave the crew a choice, turn over Clovis or be destroyed. Rob personally told the dragon that Clovis is part of the crew and he will never turn him over. The dragon attacked. Captain Rob flew on his massive pale wings to a skyshot, and he blew the dragon out of the sky. Caption Rob took a feather from the dead dragon and put it in hat. Nobody has ever stood up for Clovis like that, and since then, Clovis has become insanely loyal to Rob, and has come to love to be a pirate. He has even learned pirate songs.

Location: gaianus, floating above the river between sanct and machina, the kestrel hooked to a Machinan trade ship, the crew dead or subdued, Clovis sitting with this feet up, eating mutton pillaged from the machinan kitchen guarding the tired up machinan crew.
